The Role ResponsibilitiesTo support Regional Client Coverage business (Asia & Global Segments) in delivering business requirements and results.
The role is focused on driving business performance / results through 1facilitating the implementation of Bank-wide and Client Coverage initiatives 2supporting discussions and decision-making at various forums / committees and 3delivering efficiency, change, and business performance agendas.
The role involves a combination of routine, project and ad-hoc workSpecific areas of responsibility will include:
Business Performance (Revenues and Returns)Analysis of Revenues and Returns for Client CoveragePreparation of performance presentations for various stakeholdersTracking performance to budget and identifying risks and opportunities to delivering the targeted business performance and improve productivityBusiness Strategy & Project ManagementEnsure Regional Client Coverage MT & Business Development (where relevant) execution support requirements are met as articulated in the business strategy, objectives and as subsequently identified as priorities in response to changing circumstancesExecute plans to optimise people, processes and systemsEnsure Client Coverage frontline awareness of key operational changes impacting clients, RMs and the broader client teamsSupport and represent the region for the execution of specific business-related projectsSales planning enablement & client portfolio managementOversee Account Plan execution within renewal timelinesReview & track adequate coverage of platinum, gold, silver & portfolio tier clientsCo-ordinate tail management and run-off trackingWork with marketing teams to define, execute and track the marketing & client engagement plansContinuous improvement initiativesKeep abreast of best practices in learning and development to raise the performanceOptimise current processes to meet customer requirements (internal and external)People and TalentSupport the region in delivering against HR objectives and initiativesWork closely with Business Development team on RM scorecardsSupport the annual P3 process (compensation, bonus and promotions)Help to develop and manage the region Client Coverage Conduct Plan, ensure all the actions are executed in timely mannerRisk, Control & GovernanceAwareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the roleResponsible for delivering effective governance in compliance with applicable internal policies and external laws and regulations, overseeing changes in business controls as requiredDevelop a strong conduct, risk and control environment to minimise operational loss and audit failures and in partnership with Client Coverage MT members / other relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate focus on issues and resolutionBusiness AdministrationCo-ordination on headcount management and cost managementConsolidation review and refinement of information required from various stakeholdersMaintenance of various administrative elements:
Org Charts, Distribution Lists, Trackers, etc.
Co-ordinate staff training programmes and initiativesRegulatory & Business ConductDemonstrate an awareness of the sensitivity of some of the information presented with.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
