Summary:
The Sr.
Marketing Coordinator works in collaboration with Combined's marketing and sales teams to help plan and execute agent incentive programs and regional marketing that support the growth and success of Combined's individual, small and mid-sized group sales.
The Sr.
Marketing Coordinator will partner with Combined's sales, marketing, and sales enablement teams, working closely to support marketing strategies and incentive program tactics that enable sales to initiate, strengthen and retain customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and tactical marketer with hands-on experience designing, activating, and optimizing effective marketing and incentive programs that drive sales to engage prospects and customers.
This individual should also have strong experience with analyzing data to report on marketing effectiveness and engagement.
The Sr.
Marketing Coordinator will report to Combined's Sr.
Director of Corporate Incentives.
Duties will require the candidate to:
oPlan and execute incentive and marketing campaigns targeting agents, brokers and small- to mid-sized business leaders, in efforts to generate new business leads and opportunities.
oManage and analyze incentives and marketing data to predict and manage the best approach and ROI for incentives and sales marketing strategies.
oManage program enabling localized marketing strategies and initiatives.
oWork with merchandising and marketing agency partners to support high-quality rewards program, campaign and collateral development and activation, keeping pace with best-practices and innovative ideas.
oPartner across internal stakeholders and collaborators, including sales, training, underwriting, and legal teams.
oTrack marketing campaign effectiveness and use data to inform and guide new/evolving tactics that result in effective lead generation and/or customer retention.
SKILLS/
Experience:
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills to develop effective marketing communications for target audience.
oExcellent analytical and budget management skills.
oExperience in developing and executing incentives and marketing campaigns for a complex industry, ideally in the insurance industry and group/B2B marketing and sales environments.
oAbility to multi-task in order to handle a number of projects at once, while remaining flexible to changing business requirements and priorities.
oAdept at collaborating with multiple stakeholders and partners on projects, including external agencies.
oWorks with urgency in fast-paced sales-driven environment; Strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery and to meet business and sales needs and expectations.
oProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a good sense for analytics, pivot tables, finance, presentation, layout, and design.
EDUCATION/
Experience:
oBachelor's degree required; preferred degree in marketing, communications or related major.
o5 years of solid experience in marketing and sales enablement.
oExperience in Business-to-Business (B2B), influencer and/or broker marketing environments a plus.
oInsurance and/or employee benefits experience a plus.
