Product Manager, eCommerce

The Role Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is looking for an eCommerce Product Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of our ecommerce and related digital platforms.
This role will be a critical leader in shaping the development of our eCommerce technology and will reside on the eCommerce team as part of the Revenue Organization, reporting to the Sr Director, Digital Customer Experience.
You will help define product priorities and build and execute a thorough roadmap based on a strong understanding of customer needs, financial impact, insights, and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis.
Responsibilities Craft a product vision (short to long term) that enables you to drive product strategies for our eCommerce and digital platforms.
Partner with the business, agile development teams, and other key stakeholders to understand objectives and goals and build strong product roadmaps that translate into best-in-class eCommerce and digital products.
Apply values, business strategy, policies, and experience to make complex decisions in ambiguity and with uncertain consequences.
Usher in a new era of cannabis commerce online for RISE Dispensaries by leading digital transformation of our eCommerce stack, while maintaining a best-in-class shopping experience.
Drive product through your expert understanding of eCommerce and the intended user use, how the product will work, optimization for the user, and simplify the business process to encourage adoption.
Perform analysis on website, search, and campaign performance metrics and make appropriate recommendations for improvements and look for whitespace within the eCommerce ecosystem.
Identify A/B Testing opportunities based on analysis of site data to drive innovation and optimization across the site.
Participate in market research, validation, and gap analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities.
Prioritize ideas and test valuable product hypotheses designed to deliver value to our customers on web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, define project scope, gather and document business requirements, define and draft user stories and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams from end to end of the process.
Prioritize user stories to create a backlog aligned to the roadmap, while maintaining the features/components, i.
e.
making the call on what is considered non-negotiable vs.
nice to have.
Act as an interface and customer advocate to ensure customer, user and business needs are addressed.
Ensure proper solution design and implementation of key eCommerce features to support the longevity and speed of business strategy.
Ability to measure performance and make data-driven decisions through analytics, and transform the results into actionable plans for enhancements or sunset.
Act as the liaison between the business, technical, and marketing teams, and manage communication with all key stakeholders, collecting input, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the life of the product.
Ensure timely, high-quality completion of work.
Support the development of communication, change management, training content, and other pertinent documentation.
Support other efforts/initiatives as needed.
Qualifications BA/BS undergraduate degree required, ideally in technical or process focused area.

of technical product management experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience managing products through the full life cycle:
strategy, development, experimentation, launch, optimization, sunset.
Ability to create detailed, meaningful, and intuitive documentation, including but not limited to project plans, roadmaps, business requirements, etc.
for varying internal audiences (developers, senior stakeholders, etc.
).
Ability to work well with and explain persuasively for a variety of audiences:
internal leaders, external customers, business minded, and the technically inclined.
Articulate clear directions, set measurable goals, and give insight on industry trends.
Has a strong understanding of, and ideally, experience in agile development principles.
History of making challenging tradeoffs in establishing product priorities that have required sophisticated analyses and challenging negotiations.
Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders.
Understanding of the current market landscape, competition, and technical applications.
Understanding of and experience with A/B testing fundamentals and implementation.
Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools (e.
g.
, Salesforce Commerce, Websphere Commerce, Magento, Drupal, Frontastic, etc.
