Lead, Patient Services Marketing - Immunology Location:
RemoteAs our new Director of Patient Services Marketing - Immunology you will be a vital contributor to the development of strategic initiatives and educational efforts of the service offerings for patients in preparation for the launch of Galderma's first-in-class specialty biologic treatment, for atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.
You will be empowered to help drive patient to use the programs made available to them by Galderma in support of the treatment goal set by their HCP.
The role partners closely with key cross functional teams as well as external partners, and directly reports to the US Head of Patient Services.
Key
Responsibilities:
Understand patient/provider unmet needs relating to support services and access vs competitor perceptions/programs Advocate for patient experience Lead the creation of patient brochures and key education resources, patient service/hub/SP support materials and pull through Assess emerging trends within community and channels and apply insight to development of initiatives and marketing tactics and/or materials that support a positive patient journey experience Partner with HUB/Patient Services to develop long-term roadmap for access programming and operationalize near-term programs Develop and execute long-range goals for the programs offered and the future needs of the brand Manage agency partners to include tactical planning and scope process, budget, and performance Lead project through material approval process Develop and execute impactful Patient Services Marketing and educational pre-launch and launch focused strategy and tactics Skills and
Qualifications:

years of pharmaceutical industry experience, of which 3
years in Patient Services Marketing function Bachelor's degree Experience in dermatology/immunology preferred Experience partnering with HUB Operations and Patient Services Launch experience required Ability to understand and leverage analytics to drive decision making Proven experience partnering and coordinating with cross functional internal and external stakeholders (hub/SP channel partners) to develop innovative strategies and programs Ability and experience to perform all functions in adherence with legal, compliance and regulatory guidelines Innovative and creative thinking demonstrating implementation of real and measurable positive change Experience with regulatory/material approval process required Strong ability to understand and translate science for patient audience Availability to travel >20% time What we offer in returnYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
